Ahhh, summer! A perfect summer day is lying pool side with the warm sun on your shoulders (lots of sunscreen), and a cool drink in your hand. That’s why it seemed like Kismet when we found this coca cola beverage cooler at our photo shoot last summer. Although INTJs aren’t the flag-waving type, July is a great time for the bright optimism of patriotic style (when not overdone). With that in mind, this fun, striped dress from Gracia seemed a perfect choice for our Red White and Fresh Summer Style Look 1.
More than simply encompassing the feeling of summer, I love a dress, or any piece of clothing, that is multi-functional. In my case, I needed a comfortable summer dress to wear during a long car ride from Savannah (We were there to move my brother from his dorm) to Nashville, a 7 hour road trip. Additionally, the dress needed to be cute enough for a planned stop-over lunch with a friend in Atlanta. So, all of the boxes were checked with this perfectly patriotic, perfectly summer, coca cola quirky dress that encompasses the best feelings of summer.
