It’s almost June and that means it’s time for the Always Uttori INTJ June Challenge!
In May, I challenged you to find an inspirational place. How did the challenge go for you? Where did you find inspiration? For me, I found unexpected inspiration on a hike through Kadoorie Farm, which sits on the mountain, Kwun Yum Shan in Hong Kong. I’m not much of a hiker, but went on a guided tour and even though it was rainy and overcast, the experience of coming up into the clouds and watching them twist and move over the mountains was inspiring. Additionally, the opportunity to be surrounded by nature and stillness was restorative.
June: The Challenge
This June, we’ve been talking about in our Mastermind State series, keep track of your mental self-talk.
Excited for this challenge! I’m currently looking for a job now and I tend to talk negatively to myself, 99% unconsciously, which really is not useful. It is not a domain I am comfortable in so I tend towards negative thoughts. It’s getting better though.
This May, I went to a beautifully curated French-inspired pastry shop and ordered a chocolate croissant. I was learning French so I felt inspired to find a french place in the city.
Hi Isabella!
I’m glad to hear you’ve been participating in the challenges. I don’t think you can go wrong finding inspiration in French Pastry :D. I hope your French studies are going well. As for this month’s challenge, staying mindful of negative self talk is so important, but it can also be difficult to manage, especially when you are in stressful situations. Keep me updated with how it goes! It’s something I struggle with as well. And, the greatest of success in the job search!!
