Our Introvert Life – Work Out Style, 2017 Fitness Look 4 embodies the ethos of : Be strong. Be fierce. Perhaps this look is a little extravagant for a serious workout (I recently saw an activewear outfit that stated: Ain’t No Chic in Fit), but if you’re looking for the spirit of fit fashion, this chic is it. That fit fashion is making room for more chic styles is a good thing, I think. Clearly, the elevated style that comes from popular celebrities like Rhianna, Rita Ora, and Beyoncé collaborating with brands to create beyond fashionable athletic wear resonates with buyers. These collaborations have been wildly successful — with both Beyonce’s Ivy Park, and Rhianna’s Fenty, selling out within hours of launch. The two aforementioned brands also have the best brand engagement on Instagram. As mentioned in one of our previous activewear articles, FENTY is credited with bumping Puma’s overall sales. What better workout inspiration than your celebrity fit crush? It’s not all that often that celebrities make the best role models, but the rise of celebrity fitness, and the style to match, is not such a bad thing. After all, if Rhianna can bench press 50 lb in a tool sleeved crop top, maybe I should give it a try. Then again, maybe in this new age of celebrity fit fashion, we should just find the fashion to fit the workout.
