INTJ Challenge August 2017

It’s been a hot minute since our last INTJ challenge, but we’re back with another. If you don’t remember our last challenge, which was way back in June, it was to keep track of your mental self-talk. Keeping track of self-talk is key to ensuring that the decisions you make truly reflect your intentions. Truthfully, it’s not something that is always easy, especially if you have perfectionist tendencies, but taking a step back to analyze your thoughts can be one small step to putting a stop to a major spiral.

In the same vein, this month’s challenge is to practice self-care. As we get ready for a change of seasons, it’s important to take some time for yourself in between all the crazy that life has to throw at us. Self-talk and self-care are two of the most important selfies we should be taking. So, the challenge for the month is to not only watch your self-talk, but to take time for self-care, especially when life starts to get crazy. If you need suggestions for your selfie time, take a look at our Tranquility Time: Goodbye Summer Spa Day, a six step spa experience tailored to not only heal and repair your body from summer sun damage, but to also relax and rejuvenate.

Let me know how your “me time” goes in the comments, or on social media!
