Today’s introvert workout look is not only great for working out, but also great for lounging around. More often than not, my workout clothes double as pajamas or lounge wear. I like that I don’t have to change into workout clothes before doing my morning workout. Often, like many people, I workout in my bedroom, though I’m lucky enough to also have a small area that I use as a workout space. Sometimes, especially during the winter months, it’s all I can do to roll out of bed and do my routine for that day. If I had to get up super early just so that I could shower, dress, and drive to the gym, change into workout attire, workout, shower, and change into work clothes, I don’t think I’d be very motivated to actually workout. For me, a workout outfit is not so much about appearance as it is about simplifying the process to get to the workout. That, in itself, is great motivation, and the ultimate decider in how I select my workout attire.
What about you? What are the factors that you use to choose your workout attire?
